  • How did your holiday pictures turn out?

We’ve turned the page on the old year and begun a new year ripe with possibilities. We’ve packed away the glitz and fluff of the holidays, swept the discarded gift wrappings out the door – and maybe even made a few resolutions about how we’d like the year before us to unfold. We have time to reflect on the holiday season that’s just passed. And to look at the photos we took to capture the memories we created. How did yours turn out? Did your camera capture what your eyes saw?

Photos that don’t live up to our memories are disappointing.

They are also all too common. The best camera in the world won’t prevent that from happening, unless you know how to use it. While we can’t make your teenager smile for the camera or your toddler sit patiently on Grandma’s lap while everyone else takes their places, we can show you how to take better pictures. If you are plagued by pictures that are under- or over-exposed, blurry, or poorly lit, we can help.

Our Photography the Basics course begins Thursday, January 22nd at 6:30 PM.

We’ll demystify your camera and have you shooting in manual mode before you know it. And while it won’t necessarily make your subjects cooperate with you, we guarantee it will make your camera cooperate with you. Our courses combine classroom time with hands-on work in our state-of-the-art studio. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun.
